Priestess Wooden Pin

This wooden pin brooch is printed with my 'Priestess' mixed media/ digital painting.

The printed image has really picked up the details of the mark-making and digital layers.

The wooden pins are made from sustainably sourced 3mm birch ply, which is covered by the FSC, and each pin comes with a butterfly clasp pin on the back.

There is a small gap between the clasp pin and the brooch base, this means that it can be attached to thicker garments such as coats and jumpers (please see the close up photograph).

There will be natural variations in each pin, this makes each pin unique and adds to its character.

The design is printed with UV ink, which is a more environmentally friendly method of printing as it requires much less power than traditional print techniques and also uses around 20% less ink than traditional printings.
