SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES:

Estimated shipping times:
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days.
United States: 2-6 weeks.
Europe: 1-2 weeks.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are not responsible for return shipping costs. 
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation of orders:
Buyers have the right to cancel the order up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods or the conclusion of a contract for services.
Some goods are exempt from cancellation rights. These include made to measure goods, personalised goods and perishable goods such as fresh flowers
Buyers may lose the right to cancel in certain circumstances e.g. where sealed goods are opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons or audio/video recordings or goods that are combined with other items after delivery so they become inseparable.

Care instructions:
Every care is taken to ensure that the artwork is durable but care should be taken when handling the piece.
Please do not display any original or printed artwork in direct sunlight or damp conditions.

Please follow the care instructions when washing any printed merchandise.

This Privacy Policy outlines Mrs Bertimus practices with respect to information collected from users who access the website at www.mrsbertimus.co.uk ("Site"), or otherwise share personal information with me (collectively: ("Users").

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") such as:responding to contact form messages, processing purchases, responding to queries, posting orders, etc is necessary for the performance of my contractual obligations towards you and providing you with my services, to protect my legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

Retention:
