MRS B's MIXED MEDIA WORKSHOP WEEKENDER AT HOPE & ELVIS!

22-23/5/21 and 6-7/11/21:

I'm so giddy to be visiting the fabulous Hope & Elvis TWICE next year with a new Mixed Media Workshop Weekender!

We shall be experimenting with a wide range of materials and techniques, and you can create representational, semi-abstract or abstract samples.

The focus will be on exploration, play and, of course, having fun!

All levels of experience are welcome.

MRS BRACKEN, MISS BRIAR AND LONG EARED LADIES: PAPER COLLAGED ANIMAL WORKSHOP AT HOPE & ELVIS: 12/10/19: SOLD OUT!

I'm so happy that I have been invited back to the lovely Hope & Elvis to run the paper collaged animal workshop again.

It will be a day full of chatter, creativity (and cake!) A template will be provided for you to use if you wish, so don't feel worried if you are not completely confident with the drawing part of the workshop.

However, if you'd like to design your own creature, that is absolutely fine too.

MONOPRINTING WORKSHOP AT THE STEEL ROOMS: 18/5/19: 10.00AM - 1.30PM:

This will be a day full of gelli-print creativity and fun.

We will explore lots of different effects that can be created using this technique and we will print on paper and fabric.

This will be a relaxed informal workshop that is suitable for the absolute beginner or anyone that fancies trying out this quick and rewarding printing technique.

HOPE & ELVIS: 4-5/5/19:

MACHINE EMBROIDERED HARE WORKSHOP WEEKEND: SOLD OUT!

Come along and stitch your own machine embroidered hare in the beautiful studios of Hope & Elvis.

I will provide a template for a running or sitting hare, so don't worry if you don't feel confident drawing your own long eared creature.

A gorgeous lunch will be provided, and I will show you the applique and machine embroidery techniques that I use.

MRS B'S ONLINE SHOP LAUNCH: 22/10/18:

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted a little shop of my very own, and now my online shop will soon be open!

For many months I have been plotting, planning and designing, and my first collection of bits and bobs is now ready.

Everything has been printed and made in the UK, and there will be a Mrs Whipple tote bag, Passing Storm cushion cover, King Of The Magpies pouch, Scampering Hares stationery and notebook set and a collaged art card pack.
